Oathtaker Broken
Brian's first work of fiction, written under his pen name JB Knowles, tells the story of elven warrior Katya, who undergoes a profound loss at the beginning of the story. The rest of her tale is one of recovery, re-discovery and healing through decades of trauma as a warrior.
"...a raw, honest, and authentic exploration of the trials of trauma and loss that so many people, especially those who have committed their lives to the protection of others, face."
The journey of healing, the exploration of new or forgotten paths and feelings all ring true, shared lessons wrapped in a rich and detailed fantasy world."
